Most people will tell you what your business needs before they have looked at a single number of yours.
Three years at BCG in Toronto, then I co-founded WOMBO, an AI app that passed 200 million downloads.

Your orders, your prices, your competitors, your site. You get a plan and a fixed price for the build. Sometimes the answer costs nothing to act on.
↓ the sheet in section 02Usually AI automation: a tool doing a job nobody in the business has time for. I write the code, so it does not get handed to somebody who was not in the room.
↓ Truva in section 02You own the code and the thinking from the day it ships. Keep me on monthly after that, or don't.
↓ how it runs in section 04Both of these are from this year, both in Romania.
The answer was to put prices up in one part of the shop and hold them down in another. Raise everything and the second one eats the gain from the first.
how I knowI scraped both catalogues, read the composition of every product in each, and matched his against theirs on what physically goes into them. The gap holds across every matched pair, per unit, on products of the same size.
how I knowI modelled the whole range between his price and the competitor's against fifteen months of his own orders, product by product and month by month. Profit peaks there. At the competitor's price it turns negative, costing about 15.000 lei a year.
how I knowCustomers there drop off about twice as fast on a price rise as they do in the category above, and it is already growing 36% a year on its own. A rise turns negative.
how I knowI grouped every customer by the month they first bought and tracked what each group did afterwards. 16 to 18% come back within a year with no marketing at all, and 1.342 of them bought in the last six months. Worth 26.000 to 129.000 lei a year.
The analysis, the design, the words and the code all come from one person.
I designed and wrote this page. Same for the one below.
Their codebase was gone. I rebuilt the site from what was still public, then designed and wrote the whole thing again. This is it.

co-founderI co-founded WOMBO. We built two AI apps, WOMBO and Dream. In 2021 both hit number one on the App Store in every country. Dream made AI art before most people had seen it. Over 200 million downloads. Google Play's Best App 2022. NVIDIA backed us.
I built MemeWorks, an AI product, at Founders Inc in San Francisco.
Three years at BCG, one of the top management consulting firms in the world. That's where the strategy comes from.
I work from your own numbers, not from industry averages. Your orders, your prices, your ad spend, whatever your competitors publish.
You own everything I build outright, whether or not you keep working with me.
I do the diagnostic and the build myself, so I only run a few engagements at a time.
I go through your orders, your prices, your ad spend and your competitors. You get a written plan and a fixed price for the build.
I build what the plan says. Most engagements land around €7.500, depending on scope.
I read your numbers every month and come back with one change to make, and the figure behind it.
